1.食材:水磨糯米粉250克、黄豆面100克、豆沙馅300克

2.糯米,水,一起混合,用筷子搅拌成非常稠的糊糊状。

3.搅拌好的糯米糊放入蒸锅,,容器上改个盘子,防止蒸汽滴落里边,大火蒸20分钟。

4.不粘锅加热,无油无水,放入黄豆面翻炒,小火翻炒。(炒黄豆面的时候不要离开,要不停翻动,防止炒糊)

5.颜色变深了,能闻到豆香味就ok了,放凉备用。太久会糊,注意。

6.来处理豆沙馅,把豆沙馅放入保鲜袋中,擀成豆沙片备用。(买来的豆沙馅一般都比较稠不好抹,这个方法非常方便,而且还均匀)

7.关火取出趁热多搅拌几下,然后放温,手摸温乎不烫手,就可以操作下一步了。

9.将糯米团擀成比较规整的长方形薄皮。

10.把刚才(6)擀好的豆沙铺在糯米皮上。

11.从一头卷起,滚成条形,在表面再撒上些黄豆粉(哈哈,卷的比较厚,是大胖子)

12.切成小段,再撒些豆面,就可以摆盘啦。当天做当天吃,超级糯,豆香唇齿相依,简直了。

13.成品超级糯,,放到第二天也不会硬,但是等不到第二天哈,一会就光盘。

小窍门&温馨提示
切的时候可以在刀上抹些清水,防止粘刀。
